| Making A Purchase 
| Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Browse our website and click the "Buy Now" button to add anything you want to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "View Cart " to complete your shopping. We accept most credit and debit cards, using our secure server. If it is more convenient we also accept Paypal. Alternatively, send a cheque payable to 'Mango Gems', together with a print out of the order form, to Mango Gems, 1 Drake Road, Newport, Isle of Wight, PO30 1EQ | Delivery 
| All of our items are handcrafted, which obviously will effect the despatch time. Some items, for example table diamonds, we aim to despatch within 7-10 working days, and often a lot faster. If your item is made to order, we aim to have it completed within 5 weeks of the order being placed. It is usually a lot faster than this, but if we encounter any problems, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you need urgent delivery, we can usually accomodate this, please don't hesitate to ask. | Delivery Charges 
| All deliveries will require a signature on arrival (except Gift Vouchers). For urgent and high value orders we recommend Special Delivery.

| Returns 
| Refunds are available for all stock items (i.e. not made to order). Please note that all items of jewellery and hair accessories are made to order. This will effect the delivery times and returns of the items. If an item is not defective, there is a 15% restocking fee applied to cover administrative costs. Items must be returned in the same condition they were recieved, and with any promotional offers included. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange returning the item. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. In the unlikely event that your item is defective, a replacement or refund will be be sent as soon as possible. Unfortunately, items made to order cannot be returned unless defective, except by arrangement prior to purchase.. Please note, all jewellery and tiaras are individually made to order. Please feel free to ask for colour samples prior to ordering to ensure your satisfaction. For hygiene reasons, earrings or earring sets cannot be returned unless defective | Payment Security 
| We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site, and are destroyed after your order is dispatched. Card transactions will appear on your statement as CTA Services |
