Ordering Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Browse our website and click the "Buy Now" button to add anything you want to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "My Bag" to complete your shopping. We accept most credit and debit cards, using our secure server. If it is more convenient we also accept Paypal. If you have any special requests, there is a box available during the checkout process, or drop us an email Can I order by phone? Absolutely! Unlike many other internet boutiques we would love to hear from you. Just give us a call on 01983 241230 and we would be delighted to take your order over the phone or discuss any queries you may have. Delivery within the UK Standard delivery is absolutely free, and will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We also offer Express Delivery which is charged at £10, please see our delivery page for more details. Returns Please note that ALL items of jewellery, bridal and hair accessories are specifically made to order (which is why they take a little longer than shop bought items). These items are not eligible for refund. We do sometimes make an exception in special circumstances where we have been contacted before an order is placed. We really want you to love your purchase, so if you have any queries before placing your order we would be delighted to send you additional photographs, colour samples or details.
